Rohini Nilekani Centre for Brain and Mind was part of the 2026 Pint of Science, Bengaluru. Pint of Science is an internationally held annual science popularisation event held in May. RN-CBM was represented by Dr. Shriya Palchaudhuri, Associate Director for External Engagements, and Dr. Ron Philip, CBM Senior Research Fellow. He delved on the growing need for precision medicine in treatment regimes.
Dr. Palchaudhuri informed the audience about the origins and history of neuroscience, the progress of the field and opportunities for young researchers. Anjali Marar, Science Communicator and Nisha Raghavan, RN-CBM Program Manager, jointly conducted the Brain Quiz for the audience.
